The staff at GCG has provided consulting services to numerous local governments in the area of comprehensive planning and land development regulations (LDR's). These services include preparation of comprehensive plan amendments, land development regulations, concurrency management systems, and most other issues directly related to planning functions necessary for communities to perform.
